Wieprzowina ze śliwkami po azjatycku

Danie to zrobiłam jakiś czas temu z pysznych, działkowych węgierek. Było tak dobre, że powtórzyłam je parę dni później, chociaż wieprzowinę jadam niezwykle rzadko i wyjątek robię głównie dla dań azjatyckich. Za drugim razem, przygotowując sos zwiększyłam jego ilość a zmniejszyłam w nim zawartość cukru i sosu sojowego. Dodałam też imbir. Przepis podaję już po zmianach.
Na drugą partię załapała się Teściowa, która nas odwiedziła i była tym daniem zachwycona.
Składniki:
24 śliwki węgierki,
3 łyżeczki cukru,
2 łyżeczki sosu sojowego,
1 łyżka oleju,
2 ząbki czosnku zmiażdżonego,
1 duża cebula pokrojona w piórka,
500g wieprzowiny (polędwiczek albo szynki),
odrobina mÄ…ki,
2 cm kawałek imbiru, posiekany,
1 łyżka sosu hoisin,
1 łyżeczka cukru.
Śliwki rozcinamy, usuwamy pestki, zalewamy 1/2 szklanki wody i gotujemy do miękkości.
Przecieramy przez sito. Doprawiamy cukrem, sosem sojowym i ewentualnie solÄ…. Doprowadzamy do wrzenia i gotujemy 15 minut.
Na patelni rozgrzewamy olej, podsmażamy cebulÄ™ i czosnek. Dodajemy pokrojone miÄ™so oprószone mÄ…kÄ… i smażymy aż siÄ™ zrumieni. Wlewamy sos hoisin i dodajemy cukier. Smażymy 5 minut. ÅÄ…czymy miÄ™so z sosem Å›liwkowym i dusimy jeszcze przez 10 minut. Podajemy z ryżem.

Skoro ze śliwkami, to wierzę, że danie było bardzo dobre.
Ugotowałam ostatnio sos śliwkowy na słodko jako dodatek do deseru - śliwki ugotowane w niewielkiej ilości soku. Wyszedł z tego rewelacyjny sos.

Hania-kasia a teraz pomysl, ze dodajesz do tego imbir, sos hoisin i w zasadzie dowolne mieso. Na prawde nie trzeba wiele, a konkretne proporcje nie sa potrzebna i mysle, ze wyjdzie super.
